Summer Vacation Packages:

We offer our summer vacation packages during the brief few weeks of optimum weather and prime fishing conditions: mid-June through the end of August. All packages are five nights long with a Sunday afternoon arrival and a Friday morning departure. Prices are based on an all-inclusive ranch buy out price where your group of up to six people will have the entire ranch, lodge and staff to yourselves. Prices for groups of seven and eight persons are also listed.

5 Night Package:

For 1 – 6 people:                $14,495

For up to 7 people:            $16,995

For up to 8 people:            $19,295

Included in this package:

• Three hearty and delicious meals served daily in the lodge (some lunches served streamside, lakeside or trailside).
• Accommodations in our luxurious, six-bedroom lodge; exclusively reserved for your group.
• Fly fishing (walk/wade) on private and public waters, including guiding, personalized instruction, and transportation to various waters.
• Free use of our ORVIS rods, reels, waders and boots; guests are responsible for terminal tackle (flies, leaders, tippets) which are available for purchase on site.
• Up to two days (2 boats per day) of float fishing on the North Platte River if water conditions permit.
• Guided horseback riding and instruction.
• Use of designated ranch trails for hiking, mountain biking (must bring your own bike), wildlife viewing, and photography.
• On ranch guided nature hikes, wildlife viewing excursions, 4wd eco-tours, and photography safaris.

• Trap and rifle shooting at our professional range.
• Viewing and participation in working ranch activities: fencing, haying, moving cattle, etc. (seasonally dependent).
• Use of lake toys: kayak, canoe, sailboat, float tube.

Additional information:

• Check-in is 3:00 pm on Sunday; Check-out is 10:00 am on Friday.
• Guided activities begin the evening of check-in. No guided activities, other than breakfast, are offered the morning of departure.
• Guided activities are available from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm.
• While we do not offer “organized” children's programs, children are welcome on the ranch. In order to participate in horseback riding activities, children must be at least 8.
• All fishing is with flies only and is catch-and-release (depending on current management objectives, brook trout are occasionally kept and enjoyed during an evening dinner).
• Alcohol is not provided; please feel free to bring your own.
• Registration information, contracts, and liability waivers must be completed and signed by all guests. These are mailed upon receipt of the required reservation deposit.
• A deposit of 60% is required to reserve your vacation package; the balance is due upon check-out from the ranch.
• Applicable sales taxes and staff gratuities are not included in the package price.

• In-room massage ($150)
• Golfing at one of Colorado's top ten private golf courses in Steamboat Springs ($200)
• Airport transfers (up to 4 people)
  $600 round trip to Denver (3 ½ hours one way)
  $300 round trip to Steamboat/Hayden (1 ½ hours one way)

Note: it is recommended that guests rent a car to access the ranch in case you want to enjoy the many other opportunities in our area on your own.

Activities available in the area...at your own leisure and expense:

• White water rafting
• Rocky Mountain National Park
• Arapaho Wildlife Refuge
• Local Wilderness Areas, natural sand dunes, State Parks, and National Forests
• Nearby Steamboat Springs offers: professional rodeos, fine dining, art galleries, hot air ballooning, kayak lessons, tubing through town on the Yampa River, and an alpine slide.

Payments:
For summer and winter vacation packages, a 60% deposit is required to make a reservation. The balance of payment, including applicable taxes, is due upon departure from the ranch. Hunting packages require a 50% deposit to reserve a hunt with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the hunt start. Payment can be made with cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover). Payments made with credit cards will have a surcharge applied (currently 4%).

Cancellations:
Due to the limited amount of guests we take during a very short season, cancellations of summer or winter packages made within 60 days of arrival date will forfeit their full deposit unless the space can be re-booked. Cancellation spaces that are re-booked or cancellations made prior to 60 days before scheduled arrival will be charged a 25% handling fee. Deposits made for hunting packages are non-refundable unless the space can be re-booked. Cancellations must be made in writing. To protect against unforeseen circumstances, we strongly encourage guests purchase travel insurance from an independent provider.

Gratuities:
Our staff is paramount in providing memorable experiences and guests continually praise them for going the extra mile to ensure your every desire is met. As is customary in service oriented businesses, a gratuity of 10-15% of your package rate is suggested. Tips are preferably cash/traveler checks or they can be added to your final bill upon check-out. They will be divided equally among the entire crew.
